OC Transpo mobile application is made for public transport users in Ottawa to track the buses real time as well as getting notifications of schedule changes, and giving feedback.
The PURPOSE of this UX redesign project is to make the application more virtually appealing, to organize the functionality, and to improve accessibility.

Following the existing brandling logo, I added in more colours to bright up the application. With the reference photos, I created a mood board in order to visualize application theme when presenting to stakeholders.

Workforce Warriors is a non-profit organization that provides employment resources for indigenous community. This project was to create a modern design website, which used current best practice, to enhance branding, accessibility, and usability.

Conducted research of target user group, clarified the primary, secondary target audience, and created Personas based on the research.
According to indigenous culture and existing organization logo design, the black, white, red, yellow, and orange were picked as the theme colours for the website. To empathy the brand, the mood board was created.
A low-fidelity wireframe set of multiple device (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile) after establishing the website functionality with stakeholders, searching, social media information, educational information, project showcases, service information, etc.
Created privacy policy, with all content that gathered, I created a clickable Hi-Fi prototype.
With the UX Design package, including both lo-fi and hi-fi prototype, SEO recommendation, Moodboard, style guide, accessibility report, user research report, persona, user journey, the project was handed off to development team smoothly, and website was successfully launched.
Toon Ice tried to start a business in Ottawa area, specializing cartoon designed ice cream. This project is to help Toon Ice identifying their business, creating brand, and design logo, and a website.

To align the brand, an illustration of smiling ice cream cone is used with bold eye catching title.
A market research of competitive, was conducted to a creative brief to kick-off the project with client.
A detailed branding identification including development strategies, colour palette, Unique Selling Point, and Creative Considerations, was presented to the client to begin the project.
3 Personas was made to analyze user research, and visualize 3 targeted customer groups' needs and preferences.
In the customers' shoe, a mind map of user flow is created to give stakeholders a better sense.
Created a mock-up website which includes function of Menu display, Product description, Store Information.
Base on this prototype, I coded the website demo, using HTML, CSS, and CSS animations.
